You will be managing a busy and diverse caseload of Private Client Matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Deeds of Variation, Care of Elderly, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection/Deputyship Orders and Trusts. There is a full support team on hand to help you with the more administrative aspects of the role.If you are a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or STEP qualified individual with several years of running a diverse Private Client caseload, the firm would certainly like to hear from you.
