Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer ready to elevate your career with one of the East Midlands’ premier law firms? Our client, an award-winning firm, is looking for a skilled conveyancer to join its close-knit team in Derby. The Role:
As a Residential Conveyancer, you’ll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Sales and Purchases
- Leasehold and Freehold Transactions
- Shared Ownership Cases
- Remortgages
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, with a proven ability to handle a caseload independently
- A relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or equivalent practical experience
- Strong client relationship skills, with a commitment to developing both new and existing relationships
- IT proficiency, particularly with case management systems
- Excellent time-management skills to handle a busy, high-volume caseload
