Working within a collaborative team, you will play a crucial role in meeting individual and team performance targets.Key Responsibilities:Caseload Management: Handle a diverse portfolio of sales and purchase transactions, including leasehold, new build, and shared ownership properties. Client Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, team members, and other professionals via phone, email, and meetings. System Utilisation: Navigate the bespoke in-house case management system to progress files efficiently and maintain accurate records. Performance Targets: Achieve individual and team KPIs and SLAs, ensuring all transactions meet high standards and referrer requirements. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including AML regulations and CQS standards.What We're Looking For:To succeed in this role, you'll bring:Experience: At least 2 years in a conveyancing fee earner role. Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing transactions, including leasehold, new build, and shared ownership. System Proficiency: Experience with MS Office, Case Management Systems, Land Registry Portal, and Online SDLT submissions. Communication Skills: Confidence in client and professional interactions. Organisation: Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines effectively.
