- Implement and lead quality improvement strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Manage and support a remote Quality Assurance team to drive outstanding performance.
- Oversee assessment policies, internal quality assurance (IQA), and regulatory compliance.
- Analyse data, report on KPIs, and use insights to fuel continuous improvement.
- Act as a central point of contact for awarding organisations.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to improve quality standards.
