Implement and lead quality improvement strategies, policies, and procedures.
Manage and support a remote Quality Assurance team to drive outstanding performance.
Oversee assessment policies, internal quality assurance (IQA), and regulatory compliance.
Analyse data, report on KPIs, and use insights to fuel continuous improvement.
Act as a central point of contact for awarding organisations.
Provide training, coaching, and support to improve quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:
