From managing client communications to preparing files for completion, your contributions will directly impact the client experience.Key Responsibilities:* Client Interaction: Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face communications. * Professional Liaison: Provide updates to solicitors, estate agents, and other transaction stakeholders. * Due Diligence: Conduct thorough solicitor and client due diligence processes. * Documentation Management: Request, organise, and oversee transaction documents. * Case Management: Efficiently utilise the firm's case management system to track and complete tasks. * Drafting: Prepare sale contracts, re-mortgage documentation, and responses to enquiries. * Title Checks: Review property titles for sales transactions. * Lender Communication: Coordinate with lenders on sales and purchases, including requesting redemption statements. * Completion Preparation: Draft completion statements, prepare bills, and ensure files are fully prepared for completion. * Compliance: Manage source of funds requests and adhere to all regulatory standards.
