Our client is a rapidly growing engineering group at the forefront of innovation in their sector. As part of their commitment to delivering best in class services and solutions, they are undertaking a strategic review of their Supply Chain and Logistics function and are seeking an experienced interim consultant to work with their senior team to drive impactful change.

Project Brief:

Undertake a full review of the function to identify areas of improvement, propose actionable changes and work with key stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Key deliverables:
  • Develop and implement an overall strategy for the Supply Chain and Logistics function.
  • Devise and implement a collaboration plan for all key stakeholders.
  • Review the organisation design to ensure alignment with strategy.
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of all systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop a dashboard of KPI reporting metrics to enhance performance visibility and management.
This role is based in Derbyshireso easily commutable from anywhere in the East Midlands, includingNottinghamshire,Leicestershire and South Yorkshire
