Job Title: Warehouse Quality Controller (BRC)
Hours: Monday Friday, 08:30 am - 5:00 pm (40 hours/week)
The Warehouse Quality Controller will work closely with Warehouse Managers and the Logistics Contract Manager to ensure compliance with ATL's quality policies and procedures. This hands-on role involves system management, record-keeping, and ensuring all material handling equipment (MHE) is well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure BRC, ISO, and H&S documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Maintain relationships with colleagues to drive process and policy improvements.
- Oversee MHE daily checks, report defects, and maintain equipment records.
- Conduct weekly warehouse audits on food safety.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- Train and induct new team members on SSOW , ATL policies and safe working procedures.
- Identify improvement opportunities and escalate concerns as necessary.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and support the adoption of new systems and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
- Strong teamwork, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
- Access to a vehicle due to the workplace location.
- May be required to attend other sites using a company pool vehicle.
