The Role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation. Responsibilities include:

Assisting the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations
Managing staff rotas, training plans, and performance development
Monitoring and reporting KPIs to ensure operational targets are met
Upholding food safety, health & safety, and compliance standards
Chairing daily team meetings and driving continuous improvement
Ensuring efficient stock movement, loading, and dispatch processes

About You

Experience in warehouse, logistics, or dispatch supervision
Must have worked in a high care/food environment previously
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
IT literate (Microsoft Office, AX, or similar stock management systems)
Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-moving environment
Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and peak periods
Knowledge of food safety & health regulations is a plus
