Are you a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with knowledge of manufacturing, CNC or other equipment looking to join a well established business in a role that will invest in you to develop your skills both in the technical aspects of the role as well as progression into management, all the while giving you a great work/ life balance with a flexible days based role?

This company are well established in the manufacture and installation of steel products across the UK. They are looking for a keen and motivated individual to join their friendly team.

In this role you will be maintaining a range of equipment such as CNC machines, welding equipment, overhead cranes, and more machinery. The role is multi skilled, with development into management aspects to lead a small team.

The ideal candidate will be a multi skilled maintenance engineer looking to step into a management or supervisory role. It would be beneficial to have a background in manufacturing, knowledge of CNC machines, HMI or similar.

The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 40 hours, Days (flexible hours)
*Hands on maintenance of machinery
*Leading a small team
*Workshop based

The Person:
*Multi skilled maintenance engineer
*CNC, HMI, or similar manufacturing experience beneficial
*Wants to progress into a leadership role (not prior management experience required)
