Description
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of all electrical equipment.
- Identify and implement improvements on equipment to enhance performance and reliability.
- Respond to breakdowns quickly and efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth operation of production lines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the maintenance process.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team.
- Participate in the development of maintenance strategies.
Monday - Friday - 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00 rotating on a weekly basis
Profile
You will be an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer/Technician, ideally with an electrical bias, as well as:
- Recognised Engineering Qualification (NVQ Level 3 as a minimum)
- Experience working in a FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- 17th Edition as a minimum (18th Edition preferred)
- Proficiency in fault finding and diagnostics on electrical systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Job Offer
- 19.71/Hour + 18.33% Shift Allowance (Equates to roughly 45-50k/annum)
