FM Engineering Supervisor - Derby - £40k - £45k plus van and on call.

We have a fantastic new opportunity for an Engineering Supervisor to deliver PPM and Reactive maintenance services to a multi-site healthcare contract across the Derby area. With additional sites across the East Midlands, including walk in centres, doctors surgeries and health and social care centres, you will take responsibility for those in the Derby region (8 sites) while supporting sites in Nottingham or Leicester too if their supervisors are away.

Reporting into the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee engineers (covering Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Building Fabric maintenance) alongside a team of semi-skilled Maintenance Assistants and a selection of specialist sub contractors.

From a Facilities Engineering background with knowledge of ensuring systematic programming of Planned Maintenance Tasks are planned and scheduled in accordance with Contract and SFG20 maintenance requirements across the portfolio. You will take a lead in delivering excellent service to the client while proactively managing the workload of the Engineers.

PFI knowledge would be useful.
