Astute's Renewables team is partnering with a one of the largest energy companies as they build a brand new team to recruit a Business Operations Manager. This role will be hybrid working from their Derby office.
The Business Operations Manager will be integral for the business as it develops. This position comes with a salary between 58,000- 71,600 depending on experience, pension and flexible working.

Responsibilities and duties
As the Business Operations Manager you will:
- Oversee administrative, back-office, and operational support activities for the business.
- Be an integral member of the leadership teams
- Manage the full journey from initial enquiry to energisation.
- Support the iDNO team in achieving business objectives and driving growth.
- Mange the iDNO enquires, as well as customer and B2B enquires.
- Maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, health, environment, and quality requirements.
- Plan and manage work programmes for the Operations Team.

- Operational management experience
- iDNO or DNO background
