My client are a leading industrial and commercial groundworks sub-contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver a new industrial scheme being delivered in the Derbyshire area for a valued client.
Site manager duties:
- Working alongside the project manager and contracts manager.
- Site supervision.
- Managing plant, labour and meetings.
- Managing health & safety compliance.
- Conducting tool box talks ahead of operations undertaken on site.
- Record keeping.
- QA/ QC.
- Progress meetings.
- Liaising with the client.
Site manager requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- CSCS card (Gold/ Black).
- NVQ level 3 or above.
- SSSTS/SMSTS.
- Experience within groundworks and civils.
- Previous site management experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
