We are currently working with a leading main contractor with a turnover of circa 1bn and a strong international presence delivery notable projects across sectors who are looking for a mechanical site manager to work on a very notable ongoing healthcare development they are delivering in Derby, East Midlands.
It is a capital works development so they have a number of upgrade and new build developments across the multi-use healthcare campus. As mechanical site manager you will work closely with a project manager and join a talented team tasked with managing the install of mechanical systems with an overview of multiple specialist subcontractors.
Role/Responsibilities
- Management of subcontractor labour
- Attend site meetings
- Progress reports
- Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFIs, etc.
- Health and safety
- Review and amend RAMS
- Snagging
- Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project.
The M&E values of the developments varying from 2m-25m in M&E value which you will deliver in partnership with the construction team of the same business.Sign off to pay an attractive salary with an opportunity to join an interest project which will run for many years and give you an exposure to many new schemes within the same location.
