The company is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join a leading Aerospace business on a full-time and permanent basis.
Candidates should have strong leadership skills in fast-paced, precision manufacturing, with team management experience for 30+ staff.
A background in CNC machining or fabrication is preferred but not essential, and a focus on continuous improvement is required.
The position offers a very competitive salary and is based in Derby, with working hours from Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:45pm and Friday 8:00am to 12:30pm.
Candidates should have significant experience in production management, particularly in regulated industries.

Lead the production facility to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Drive continuous improvement in production processes, quality control, and cost reduction to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure on-time delivery (99% OTIF) through effective planning, process optimisation, and performance tracking.
Develop and manage a skilled workforce by promoting training, upskilling, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Implement lean manufacturing techniques and business improvement projects to boost productivity, reduce waste, and support company growth.
