The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to make a difference within a successful business who are a true market leader in their field and their products cover healthcare, beauty, and other industries.

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a strategic and results-driven digital marketing expert to lead their web-based marketing efforts, across a couple of key websites ensuring alignment with business goals and brand positioning.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy across all digital channels with a particular emphasis on email marketing including automation, segmentation, and customer database growth. You will also cover promotions, social media and new product launches and overlap with paid campaigns.

This is a permanent opportunity where you will be able to work hybrid, 3 days a week in the office near to Kegworth so it is easily commutable from most areas of the East Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with key internal stakeholders to strengthen the overall brand presence and drive

customer engagement and sales through digital marketing. Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition and acting as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency and clear differentiation between the web sites

• Own and optimise email marketing strategy, focusing on automation, segmentation, and database

growth

• Oversee social media planning and execution, ensuring brand alignment and engagement

• Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to create and implement a promotional calendar

• Lead a brand refresh project for a growing website ensuring alignment with company vision and

market trends

• Manage relationships with relevant marketing agencies and internal design teams to ensure

impactful messaging

• Oversee paid digital marketing campaigns across social, programmatic, and display advertising

• Leverage analytics tools, including GA4 and Hotjar, to monitor campaign performance and optimise

results

• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify new opportunities and best practices

• Collaborate with internal teams to support the successful launch of new products and promotions

• Establish key marketing KPIs and use data-driven insights to refine strategy and improve ROI

About you

This role would suit candidates with proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in ecommerce or retail. You will have a strong strategic and analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email, paid social, SEO, and content marketing in particular.

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, and other marketing performance tools would be beneficial alongside knowledge of affiliate programs and programmatic/display advertising.
