We are seeking a talented Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist to join an international company with a team based in Birmingham and East Midlands.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies for specific accounts, our social media presence, organising events and supporting our sales team to win more business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing materials and strategies to drive business growth.
- Develop messaging and engagement sequences.
- Create content for targeted accounts.
- Support the local B2B social media messaging to enhance regional brand presence and engagement.
- Collaborate with and be a resource to the Sales Teams to support business development and ensure continuous growth.
- Utilise strong communication skills to effectively interact with a variety of stakeholders.
- Equip the sales team with messaging and content to engage with their targeted accounts.
Experience:
- Proven experience in targeted marketing, social media management, and sales support
- Strong communication and deadline management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams and job functions.
- Fluent in English - written and verbal
- The role is based in our office in Birmingham or East Midlands.
Ability to travel between the two sites once per week.
The salary for this role is £35,000 - £42,000 and will depend on experience. This is a full time and permanent role based onsite at either Birmingham (preferred) or East Midlands and some travelling between sites is required. There is also some flexibility for working from home.
