  • Our client is seeking a Lead Project Engineer to oversee engineering projects in the aerospace and power generation industry.
  • The position requires candidates to have experience in leading or managing engineering projects, particularly in machining and fabrication.
  • The salary for this permanent role is dependent on experience and the working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm, and Friday from 7am to 12pm.
  • Candidates should have knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and be capable of managing work orders and risk assessments.

  • Lead the engineering team to deliver products on time, within budget and right first time.
  • Manage NPI, reporting on first time through and right first-time progress.
  • Plan and distribute work across resource
  • Production of work orders including bills of materials, production of routings, raising working orders and risk assessments.
