We're looking for a dedicated and driven Maintenance Engineer to join the team!About the Role:As a Maintenance Engineer you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the IPG filling plants. You'll be responsible for:
- You'll be responsible for both reactive and preventative maintenance of our production plant and equipment, ensuring 100% compliance with all safety and engineering standards.
- You'll work closely with subcontractors, design authorities, and internal teams to execute maintenance work and ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulations.
- You'll have in-depth knowledge of cryogenic pumps and industrial packaged gas filling systems, ensuring their safe and efficient operation.
- You'll proactively identify and address potential safety and production issues, ensuring the safety of our employees and the surrounding public.
- You'll contribute to defining solutions for equipment obsolescence and upgrades, helping us constantly improve our operations
What You'll Bring:
- A strong background in Mechanical Engineering (essential)
- Proven experience within the Industrial Gas Sector, Chemical and Oil industry, with experience on COMAH related sites is advantageous
- Proficiency in CMMS, as well as knowledge of plant and process instrumentation, controls, electrical components, and safety systems.
- A strong understanding of Pressure Safety Systems Regulation and written schemes.
- Ability to work independently, organise, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing situations.
- A commitment to accuracy and a deep understanding of safety and compliance procedures.
- Full UK Driving License

- Salary £40,000 - £45,000
