Key Responsibilities:
路Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mechanical services.
路Design and specify all aspects of mechanical services in line with industry standards and project requirements.
路Oversee project management elements, including time, cost, quality, and resource allocation.
路Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and high levels of satisfaction.
路Monitor and enforce compliance and quality standards within the team and projects.
路Produce and review design deliverables such as drawings, specifications, and reports.
路Contribute to tender reviews, fee estimates, and project scope planning.
路Manage commercial objectives, including fee spend, invoicing, and cost reporting.
What They're Looking For:
路Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) or equivalent.
路Significant experience in the life sciences and industry sector or a transferable sector such as healthcare.
路Proven track record in leading teams and managing medium-sized projects or large project packages.
路Expertise in designing mechanical building services systems, including HVAC, black utilities, public health, and building management systems.
路Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
路Experience with specialist software such as IES Thermal Modelling, AutoCAD, and Revit is desirable.
