An expert leading Validation company based in the Midlands region are now seeking to take on a hardworking and diligent Validation Engineer. This role would suit someone who has experience working on Healthcare & Commercial sites, working in line with HTM 03-01 guidelines to carry out testing on critical ventilation systems, auditing of air handling units, re-balancing air flows and DOP & HEPA filter testing.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Beeston, Nottingham, Burton upon Trent, Loughborough, Market Harborough, Leicester, Corby, Kettering, Stoke-on-Trent, Lichfield, Tamworth, Walsall, Stafford, Birmingham, West Bromwich, Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Solihull, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Kidderminster, Ludlow, Telford.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will ideally hold the BOHS P601 and relevant East Wood Park (AP / CP ) training.
" Experience working hand on as a Validations Engineer for an established Clean Air / Validation company.
" Well versed in relevant Health and Safety / HTM 03-01 guidelines.
" Able to communicate with clients and colleagues efficiently.
" Able to manage time efficiently.
The Role:
" Working on Healthcare & Commercial sites to carry out testing on critical ventilation systems, validating and verifying systems in line with industry regulations.
" Noting air flow and pressure measurements, microbiological air sampling and environmental measurements.
" Auditing air handling units (AHUs).
" Re-balancing air flows.
" Carrying out DOP & HEPA filter testing.
" Ensuring to maintain equipment and instruments, arranging repairs and calibrating when required.
" Producing detailed technical reports for clients.
" Working in line with relevant Health and Safety / HTM 03-01 guidelines.
