This well-established company will be celebrating their 30 year anniversary in the coming months and have no plans of slowing down, providing an essential repair and overhaul service within the rail industry. Headcount is always increasing and due to continual growth the friendly yet ambitious team are looking for a new Welding Trainer to join the team.

In this role you will provide Welding / Fabrication training to employees, assess their skills and help to develop training materials.

The Role:

  • Provide Welding and Fabrication training to employees
  • Supporting students providing in depth and demonstratable knowledge in welding, fabrication or CNC Machining
  • Contribute to the delivery and monitoring of course modules and planning and development of modules and units
  • Undertake research, development and ensure materials are up to date to contribute to the continuous improvement strategy

The Person:

  • MIG / TIG Welding experience
  • Experience training junior Welder / Fabricators
