SF Recruitment are recruiting for an interim Personal Assistant position working for an established Medical/Nursing organisation in Derby City Centre.
This a full time temporary Hybrid opportunity. 37.5 hours per week.
12 week duration.
The Personal Assistant duties:
Provide strong administrative support to Directors
Diary management
Inbox management
Organise and book meetings
Document production - Power Points, Letters, Excel Spreadsheets
Maintain stock levels of stationary
Attend meetings and take notes
Profile:
Previous PA experience
Strong organisational skills
Excellent time management skills
The ability to manage own workload and prioritise
Strong administration skills
Strong communication skills - liaising with stakeholders confidently
This is an interim position paying an hourly rate of £13.50 including holiday. This role is based on-site in Derby City Centre with the flexibility of Hybrid working.
