An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and adaptable Personal Assistant to join a rapidly expanding business based in Derby. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, combining traditional PA duties with key executive administrative support.

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive team, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, and communications. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-level support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring all follow-ups are handled efficiently.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on business performance and key projects.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective information flow.
  • Travel Management: Organise travel arrangements, including accommodation and itineraries for the executive team.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects, such as event planning and other executive team requests.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a PA or EA
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
