I have an amazing opportunity for one of the UK’s leading ecommerce businesses to join their team of Account Managers responsible for develeopong relationships with existing customers.

We want to hear from anyone that thinks they match the below:

Here’s a lowdown on the job, this should cover everything you need to know:

Account Manager- no new business expectations or cold calling- all clients are existing clients

- Customer places order online

- You are calling the customer to welcome them to the business and confirm their order

- At least 50 calls per day

- The Account Manager calls the customer to thank them for their order and goes through a serious of qualifying questions, rapport building to establish if the client qualifies for a business accounts. If they do then you sell them the benefits of having you as their Account Manager and sign them up for a business account.

- That client is then managed by you and all spend from on that account sits with you- you get commission on this spend

- After the first 4-6 months of doing the welcome calls, it progresses into a full Account Management role for your accounts, including: providing quotes, processing orders, deal with deliver queries or invoice queries
