Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the diverse needs of Year 5 students.
Conduct marking and provide constructive feedback to support student progress.
Carry out ongoing assessments to monitor and enhance student achievement.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to promote the well-being and development of all students.
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven experience in teaching Year 5 or a similar age group.
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
