Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Call Handler and Responder to join the Carelink Team on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week on a rolling rota basis.
The Role:
- Answering incoming telephone calls from Servuce Users in need of assistance
- Respond to Carelink service users needing urgent or routine help by going to their homes
- Lift uninjured fallers using specialist equipment

Carry out wellbeing checks and take basic health observations

Accurately record all visits and actions
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in a Customer Service/Call Centre area, as well as Health and Social Care
- Full UK Drivers Licence including access to own vehicle
- A caring, professional approach and strong communication skills
Hours - 11pm to 7am (rota basis including weekends and bank holidays).
