This Service is looking to recruit for a experiencedMental Health Nurse to help support either family. As a key member of their team, you will play an essential role in supporting individuals facing mental health and substance misuse challenges, empowering them to regain control over their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct mental health assessments and create individual care plans tailored to the needs of service users.
  • Clinical Care: Provide high-quality clinical support, offering expert advice and treatment options for individuals experiencing substance misuse and related mental health concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for each individual.
  • Recovery Focused: Empower individuals to take control of their recovery, offering support and guidance through their journey.
  • Ongoing Support: Monitor and review care plans, ensuring consistent support and adapting treatment as needed.
What We're Looking For:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN): Current NMC registration and a passion for working in mental health and substance misuse.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a mental health or substance misuse setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
