We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our business in Derby

Responsibilities:
- Building and placing sustainable talent pools in your specialist markets
- Business development and networking to generate new business
- The development of existing accounts and positioning Xpertise as the benchmark supplier within your accounts
- Building your personal brand via Xpertise tech community events
What are we looking for?
- Sales or recruitment consultant experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Competitive, determined and a resilient work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and a love of networking
- Limitless ambition and a real drive to be the best
- Target driven
- Authentic and Professional with a strong teamwork ethic
