Multi-site (Midlands with some UK travel)

PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful global organisation with the appointment of a HR Business Partner to support a number of UK sites.

This role offers hybrid working with circa 2 days home and 3 days site based working per week (business needs dependent)

Description

The role of HR Business Partner will support a large number of sites around the UK for this highly successful global organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support with both operational and strategic HR duties.

Your sites will mainly be around the Midlands but flexibility is required to travel to other sites around the UK (business needs dependent).

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Support a wide range of stakeholders with HR matters including complex employee relations casework
  • Support with change management projects as and when required
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the company.
  • HR reporting and support leadership with data-led decisions.

Profile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background within a similar HR Business Partner role.

Ideally you will have exposure to a global/matrix/complex organsiation within a busy, fast-paced commercial sector
