HR Business Partner – Multi-Site (Retail/Hospitality/Medical)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE)Duration: 9 - 12 Month ContractLocation: Field-based covering the MidlandsWork Arrangement: Hybrid – three days on sites, two days remote
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a dynamic and fast-paced multi site organisation. This field-based role will be instrumental in driving the people plan, enhancing performance management, and building on succession and talent strategies across multiple sites across the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:-
Partner with divisional and regional leadership to drive the strategic people agenda.

Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a strong focus on talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations.

Support performance management initiatives to both stretch high performers and address underperformance.

Develop and enhance site manager capability, aligning with a high-performance framework.

Visit key locations to add maximum value and provide direct support to managers and teams.

HR Business Partner experience in a multi-site environment (essential).

Experience within retail, hospitality, medical, veterinary, or dentistry is highly desirable but not essential.

Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
