Sales / Office Administrator Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, Castle Donington / Lockington based £27-28k (transport essential due to location)If you are looking to work in a small friendly environment where your input and help is invaluable ?   • Detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, and previous experience using CRM systems
  • Comfortable liaising with customers, suppliers and internal personnel on a daily basis
  • Able to think on your feet and be proactive
The role of Sales / Office Administrator is a varied role and you will play a pivotal part in the running of the office.So, as the Sales / Office Administrator this role you will be involved in:
  • Answering customer queries by telephone, email and live webchat function.
  • Processing orders and managing call off schedules.
  • Providing support to the retail and project sales teams.
  • Writing up quotes onto official documents for customers.
  • Planning company trips to the Head Office in Europe
  • Ordering office supplies as required.
  • Undertake ad hoc research projects at the request of management.
  • Respond to aftersales queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Format and distribute weekly reports for customers.
  • Processing monthly accounts statements and highlighting overdue invoices.
  • Booking in weekly deliveries with customers and couriers
