Office Administrator - Derby

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a diverse and rewarding role ? The Resolute Group is expanding, and we need a proactive Office Administrator to support our leadership team and day-to-day office functions.

?? Basic: - £25,000 basic

?? Location: - Pride Park

?? Working hours: - Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

?? Full-time | Office-based | Career Growth & Training Provided

As a key member of our team, you'll work directly with leadership and gain exposure to different aspects of the business, including finance, administration, message taking, updating IT systems, Diary management, setting up meetings, travel arrangements, to name a few tasks.

Your Role Includes:

? Managing VAT and end-of-year accounts with our external accountants? Diary management for the leadership team ? Supporting contract renewals and business operations? Assisting with apprenticeship programs and external stakeholder communication? Helping create presentations and supporting marketing efforts

? Working with the Recruitment consultants to support their administration tasks? Booking travel arrangements for the team both UK and international.

Who We're Looking For:

?? Organised, efficient, and great at multitasking?? Experience in office administration, you need excellent IT skills in Microsoft offices (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel etc..)?? A strong communicator who enjoys working with different people, this is an open-plan office and we need an outgoing individual who isn't scared to talk and become part of the team.

??GCSE's (Level 5 Maths & English)

This is an office-based role in Pride Park, Derby, 5 days a week, as this role brings the team together and a vital heartbeat in the business.
