SF Recruitment are looking for a Temporary Office Coordinator in Derby to start before Christmas , this is an ongoing temporary position.

You will be the first point of contact for staff and visitors at our clients Derby office to ensure the smooth operation of the site and delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll be a key member of the Operations team, handling a variety of tasks with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Office Based, 40 hours per week, paid weekly. 

£12.50 per hour. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the "front of house" contact, greeting visitors and supporting staff with high standards of customer service.
  • Set up meeting rooms, maintain and replenish office equipment, and liaise with contractors, cleaners, and external visitors.
  • Conduct site inductions and perform statutory checks such as fire alarm testing.
  • Maintain up-to-date compliance records for the office.
  • Utilise IT systems/software effectively to support operational tasks.
