Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on risk management within an organisation? With over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, this established business is seeking an Interim Risk Consultant for a 6-month assignment.

This role is critical to the organisation as they work to secure a permanent hire, with the potential for the position to transition from interim to permanent. This can also be a role over four days!

They have offices in south Derbyshire, which is easily commutable from the West and East Midlands. Hybrid work is offered, working two days from home.

The Role:

  • Complete the data migration and finalise the implementation of its new risk management system
  • Assist in populating operational and departmental risk registers and ensure their ongoing maintenance
  • Work closely with Risk Owners, Risk Champions, and SMEs to review and update risk registers as needed.
  • Collate, record, and provide assurance on risk controls to ensure robust governance.
  • Provide direct support to Risk Champions in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Prepare documentation and materials for Boards, Committees, and Network meetings.

You will have relevant qualifications in Risk, Audit, or Accounting ideally with experience in a risk management role. You will also have excellent ability to articulate risk management strategies effectively to diverse stakeholders and a proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing successful change initiatives.
