- Sunday to Friday with flexible start around 7pm
- 45 hours per week, working 5 out of 6 nights, with various shift start times.
- The role requires working 1 in 4 Saturday nights to support our 7-day operation.
- Understand the fermentation process involved in mixing, shaping, and baking various bread types.
- Demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of machinery and baking processes.
- Work to a high standard in an efficient, clean, and tidy manner, meeting strict dispatch deadlines.
- Ideally possess confectionery skills such as creaming, piping, and coating.
- Previous bakery experience is preferred
