A great opportunity for two skilled Powder Coaters to join a busy and dynamic team. The role involves applying powder coatings to metal components, ensuring high-quality finishes and strict adherence to safety standards.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with powder coating processes and painting techniques
- Competence in using hand tools and power tools safely
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Within this position, you’ll also be:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or priming as required
- Operate powder coating equipment to ensure even and consistent finishes
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain and clean equipment/work area to ensure a safe environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to assemble components and use power tools
