A great opportunity for two skilled Powder Coaters to join a busy and dynamic team. The role involves applying powder coatings to metal components, ensuring high-quality finishes and strict adherence to safety standards.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Familiarity with powder coating processes and painting techniques
  • Competence in using hand tools and power tools safely
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or priming as required
  • Operate powder coating equipment to ensure even and consistent finishes
  • Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments
  • Maintain and clean equipment/work area to ensure a safe environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members to assemble components and use power tools
