Description

  • HR (60%) & Payroll (40%) Administrator
  • Support employees on day-to-day HR and payroll matters
  • Maintain and update personnel data, contract administration, report management
  • Assist employee life cycle management including recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Responsible for monthly payroll preparation, submission to external payroll provider and checking to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Assist with Employee Relations issues including disciplinary and grievance procedures

Profile

  • HR & Payroll Administrator
  • Previously worked in a HR and payroll function
  • HR and/or payroll qualification or relevant experience
  • Able to work towards the goals and priorities of the team and organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with colleagues across the organisation
  • Effective listening, writing and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Relevant knowledge of UK labour laws and regulations
  • Workday system user
