Description
- HR (60%) & Payroll (40%) Administrator
- Support employees on day-to-day HR and payroll matters
- Maintain and update personnel data, contract administration, report management
- Assist employee life cycle management including recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding
- Responsible for monthly payroll preparation, submission to external payroll provider and checking to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Assist with Employee Relations issues including disciplinary and grievance procedures
Profile
- HR & Payroll Administrator
- Previously worked in a HR and payroll function
- HR and/or payroll qualification or relevant experience
- Able to work towards the goals and priorities of the team and organisation
- Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with colleagues across the organisation
- Effective listening, writing and presentation skills
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Relevant knowledge of UK labour laws and regulations
- Workday system user
