We are seeking an experienced Gas Engineer for a permanent role in social housing in Derby.
The position involves service and repair work in domestic properties, specifically within tenanted homes.
The annual salary for this role is approximately £40,000, with additional benefits including a van and fuel card.
Candidates should ideally have social housing experience, be Gas Safe registered, and possess a full domestic ACS qualification.
This role may also require participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota and a DBS check.

We are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to work in domestic properties in Derby. This is a permanent role within social housing. This role consists of service and repair work within tenanted properties.

The Heating Engineer will receive:

Annual salary circa 40,000
Van & Fuel card provided
Opportunities for overtime & oncall services

The Heating Engineer successful will be expected to complete:

Services within tenanted properties
Planned repair works
Working on the out of hours on call rota
