Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, patient counseling, and medication therapy management.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including NHS standards and pharmacy best practices.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and expiry date monitoring.
Provide clinical services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews.
Foster a positive work environment and lead a team of pharmacy technicians and support staff.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to promote health and wellness initiatives.
