Job Title: Administrative Officer (Secondment Cover)

Contract: 3 months +
Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay Rate: 20.00 per hour
Job Summary:
Derby City Council is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to provide temporary cover for a secondment placement. This role involves accurately inputting and updating information on our internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input data into internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Update and maintain information to ensure records are current and reliable.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to complete administrative tasks.
- Liaise with colleagues and other departments when necessary to ensure smooth work-flow.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly (full training will be provided).
