Salary: £26,500

The Role
We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join us at our head office in Derby. Our Compliance team sit at the heart of everything we do as a business and enable us to provide robust and effective services to our clients and candidates. You’ll ensure our operations remain compliant by guiding and supporting the wider business while upholding our internal management systems and HSIEQ (Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality) policies. You would be joining an established team, who are welcoming and will support your development through dedicated training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the generation, processing, and tracking of compliance documentation.
- Auditing of certification, right to work in the UK and insurance requirements for all candidates/operatives.
- Overseeing the arrangement of medicals, drug & alcohol screenings and health surveillance questionnaires in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain accurate records on Safe Working Hours, competence, certifications, and medical fitness.
- Act as Sentinel Coordinator, managing the Sentinel sponsorship process.
- Assist in issuing industry updates, including rulebook changes and new standards.
- Coordinate training and assessments to ensure workforce compliance with industry standards.
- Support with AWR tracking and related processes.
- Assist with other administrative tasks in line with the requirements of other areas of the wider business
