About the RoleDo you thrive on leading transformative projects that bring innovative ideas to life? Toyota’s Burnaston Refurbishment and Customisation Centre (BRC) is seeking a Project Planning Specialist to be at the heart of our expanding operations. In this role, you’ll manage key projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with Toyota Great Britain (TGB) Sales & Marketing, TGB Product Development, and Kinto. With a focus on Toyota and Lexus models, plus an exciting venture into multi-brand projects, you’ll help drive growth in new and dynamic markets, setting the stage for Toyota's future success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Oversee multiple projects, delivering timely, visual updates to keep both internal and external stakeholders informed.
  • Resource Optimization: Strategically allocate resources, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborative Influence: Cultivate strong relationships across internal teams and with external partners to align goals and ensure seamless project progress.
  • Budget and Profit Management: Track and manage project costs to align with BRC’s profitability goals.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data to inform project decisions, supporting Toyota’s commitment to continuous Kaizen improvements.
  • Represent Toyota’s BRC: Attend industry events to enhance BRC’s visibility and contribute to project marketing efforts.
