Day - Day:

The set up:* ASAP Start* Initial 6-month contract* Outside IR35* Hybrid - view to be more office based at the start transitioning to 3 day in office and 2 wfh

Responsibilities:Setting up Planning department in Derby delivering de-carbonisation projects on hospitals and other critical infrastructure.

Establish and develop the planning department, including defining processes, tools, and best practices.

Project Planning - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for de-carbonisation projects.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.

Track project progress, prepare status reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:* Previous experience working on hospital fit outs/ De-carbonisation projects ideal* Minimum 5 years Lead planning experience needed* M&E experience* Excellent P6 knowledge required* Need to have proven experience extracting analytics
