The Company
We are currently working closely with a Fit Out and Refurbishment main contractor with an annual turnover of circa £20m who primarily operate in the Commercial Office, Hospitality and Industrial market. Over their history/careers, each director have built up a reputation in the market as being one of the go-to names for Private Sector fit out & refurbishment work wokring on projects up to £10million in value.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager who will be able to take lead on projects up to circa £10m. You will need to have previous experience working for a similar Main Contractor in a Technical Services Manager/Building Services Manager/MEP Manager role.
You will be involved from pre-construction/tender stages, helping the team put together the correct strategy and offering your expertise in all things M&E regarding the project in order to put forward the best proposal to win the project. Once secured, you will be heavily involved in the procurement and management of specialist M&E subcontractors, value engineering, design, and eventually of course overseeing the installation.
Most importantly you need to be a "Self Starter" manage your own diary, coordinate project meetings and reporting staright into the business owners.
(You can come from either an Electrical or Mechanical background).
The Salary
In return our client is willing to offer circa £70,000 - £90,000 + Package for the right individual.
