Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our team. As an HLTA with Career Teachers, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Lead classes and cover lessons as needed.
- Support students with special educational needs.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Follow school policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Must hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification.
