Pay Rate: From 13.50 per hour plus. Depending on experience and negotiable at interview stage.

The Company:

A well-established manufacturing company with a great retention rate, who specialise in the Automotive and Aerospace markets are looking to expand their Quality Department with 2 more permanent and experienced Quality Inspectors.

The Candidate:

  • Must be an experienced Quality Inspector across fast paced, reactive industries- including motorsport or aerospace.
  • Have a full understanding of QMS, and Creaform.
  • Have a flexible approach to working to achieve lead times, within a fast-paced environment.
  • Have experience in using CMM / Faro-arm and be fully compliant in reading and drafting engineering drawings.
  • Composite experience will be an advantage.

The Responsibilities:

  • As a Quality Inspector you will be inspecting the procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards.
  • Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance.
  • Interpret blueprint and instruction to understand the quality expectations for the products.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager and use automated systems to perform complex testing procedures.
