A well-established M&E contractor specialising in commercial, healthcare, education, and residential projects across the UK is seeking Mechanical Supervisor to oversee a 35mil Commercial Shell & Core Project located in the City Of London. This project is currently in the pre-construction stage and is set to commence in the coming months., with the start date for the selected candidate set for January 2025.

Duties:
- Proven experience in a Mechanical supervisor role within the MEP or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and ductwork.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and experience implementing safe practices on-site.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate on-site teams.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to problem-solve and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work on various project sites as required.
