Location: DerbySalary: £48,500 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

About the RoleAs the Production Team Leader, you’ll oversee and support key production tasks, including:
- Mixing materials
- Forming components
- Finishing (linishing)
- Dipping and drying
- Product inspection and packing
You’ll ensure production runs smoothly, meet targets, and deliver high-quality products. This role also requires a hands-on approach, including operating equipment and assisting with production when needed.
Main Responsibilities- Health & Safety: Keep the workplace safe and compliant with all regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve their best.
- Production Efficiency: Improve processes, reduce waste, and maintain high productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet strict quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement better ways of working.
- Experience managing teams in a production or manufacturing environment.
