We are seeking a Project Manager or Construction Manager for a 6-month contract, working inside IR35. This role is primarily remote, with travel to Derby as required.

- Manage subcontractors and oversee cabling or substation projects.
- Lead and support the tendering process.
- Conduct and participate in one-stage team interviews.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Strong operational experience in project or construction management.
- Technical Expertise: Background in cabling or substations.
- Tendering Knowledge: Experience in preparing and managing tender processes.
- Leadership: Ability to manage subcontractors and work effectively with project teams.
